Before

In less than two days I'll be far from home, and as I sit here writing this I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, this global experience is going to be unbelievable and unparalleled, with so many new memories and ideas being found and created. However, I can't help but feel the melancholy of a new school year beginning at St. Olaf when I will not be there to enjoy the wonderful sights and people I have come to love. I miss you already.
